The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is Scotland's biggest running festival and a fantastic event for a range of abilities. Take in the sights of Edinburgh on this famously flat route alongside 40,000 other runners, and cheered on by the amazingly encouraging crowds along the way.
Marathon and Half marathon places are sure to sell out fast, so don't hesitate to secure your place as soon as possible!

Events available

Kids Kilometre: Ages 3-6 | Starts 16:00 | No minimum sponsorship.
Junior 1.5k: Ages 6-8 | Starts 13:30 | No minimum sponsorship.
Junior 2k: Ages 9-12 | Starts 13:00 | No minimum sponsorship.
Junior 5k: Ages 11-18 | Starts 12:00 | No minimum sponsorship.
5k:11+ Ages | Starts 11:00 | Minimum sponsorship required - £150.
10k: Ages 15+ | Starts 09:00 | Minimum sponsorship required - £150.
Half Marathon: Ages 17+ | Starts 08:00 | Minimum sponsorship required - £300.
Full Marathon: Ages 18+ | Starts 10:00 | Minimum sponsorship required - £500.
Team Relay: Ages 17+ | Starts 10:00 | Minimum sponsorship required - £500.
